Manufacturing of Gonaturalwood



First, the wood is selected by only choosing trees that need to be cut down.
The wood is inspected and chosen on its quality.
The wood is then cut down

It is then taken to a stock pile where it can then be cut down into smaller pieces
It is then hoisted onto a trailer ready to be taken to the saw mill


Job nearly done as the fully laden truck reaches its full capacity of newly cut logs.
Next Stop
The Saw mill.
The wood has been cut and kiln dried to a moisture level of between 6-8% and arrives on the conveyor to be cut into the appropriate widths, depths and have the distinct V-Groove routed.

Planks arrive at the guillotine. The guys here sort through the pieces were it is graded and quality inspection takes place any inferior defects are cut out and discarded.
The wood arrives at the packaging point, where it is sorted into the various lengths, grain and colour variation ensuring an even distribution that goes to make up a box of flooring before we apply the lacquer.


The wood is then stored awaiting to be sent to pre-finishing were we apply the difference stains, oils and lacquers.
After the pre-finishing process the wood is then packaged into our unique Canadian boxes


The wood is then moved into the container ready for shipping to England
The container arrives at Liverpool docks were it is removed from the ship and attached to the truck en route to our warehouse on the quayside


Once at our warehouse our products are ready to be distributed to wholes sale and retail outlets through the UK
